AFCONS began its operation as a civil construction firm way back in 1959. From its inception, the philosophy of the company has been to contribute to the national objectives, to achieve self-reliance in technology of specialized civil construction and heavy Civil Engineering Works. AFCONS has dedicated cadres of engineers and technicians in several disciplines, all deeply attached to the philosophy of the company.

AFCONS has become a part of the “Shapoorji Pallonji” Construction Conglomerate since the year 2000.  At present, Shapoorji Pallonji owns 97.36% stake in the company.
